Experienced Professionals
BioIntelligence is headed by Gail Schechter, Ph.D., and a team of scientific and business experts trained in neuroscience, pharmaceutical chemistry, preclinical research, clinical trials, and technology development. The consulting team provides scientific expertise, drug development experience, and medical writing skills.
Gail Schechter, Ph.D., is a neuroscience researcher with experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in academic medicine, and at the National Institutes of Health. Previously, she worked at Genentech and other biopharmaceutical companies to facilitate technology assessment, research collaborations, and product development. She was a clinical faculty member at the Stanford University School of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, and spent ten years conducting neuropharmacology research at the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Schechter specializes in neurology and psychiatry research and received her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine.

Dr. Schechter received specialized training in drug development, medical writing, and clinical research.
